Oakland tries a new way to prioritize city improvement projects: by considering equity

Katey Rusch, an Oakland North reporter described the City of Oakland’s new methodology to prioritize capital improvement projects. Based on the new framework, which takes into account equity and Lincoln Square Park scored the highest of all recreation centers, and fifth overall of all City projects.
